Our Story
Xpressive Arts was founded by Patricia Barrett, a seasoned management consultant with over a 26 year record of value creative results for the public and non-profit sectors. Patricia established the consultancy in 2008 after a successful career as a senior public sector manager in the Midlands.
Since then, she has supported over 100 clients across more than 150 diverse projects, spanning community arts, heritage, education, regeneration, disabilities, and mental health. Patricia’s hands-on approach, combined with her strategic expertise, has enabled organisations to secure millions in funding, improve service delivery, and achieve long-term sustainability.

For over 38 years, our organisation has supported adults with severe mental ill-health in Wolverhampton, but funding limitations previously restricted our growth.
